A working dinner of the members of the Executive Board of the European Network of Policewomen was held in Belgrade on 28 October 2025, during which the implemented and planned activities of the network were discussed. The meeting was also attended by members of the Network of Women in Police of the Republic of Serbia Miljana Peric and Marija Brandic, who are providing support in organizing the network meeting to be held next month in Belgrade.
The meeting of the members of the Executive Board of the European Network of Policewomen was held on 29 October 2025 at the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, in Belgrade, in the new office of the European Network of Policewomen.
The meeting was attended by: Katarina Tomašević-President, Biljana Dulović-Vice President, Apolonia Grobin Vehovec-Secretary and Vanessa Van den Berg-Treasurer.
At the meeting, a detailed work plan was developed for the conference of the European Network of Policewomen to be held in Belgrade from 27 November 2025.
At the meeting, it was agreed that at the GB meeting all members would be informed about the conclusions from the last network meeting, the network’s work plan for the coming period, the method of joining new members, the financial report and administrative procedures and statistical data.
Work was done on creating a new website for the network, with the support of an expert, and the main contents of the modern website were agreed upon, which will make the network more visible and its work more transparent.
During the visit to the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, the appointed members had a meeting with Željko Brkić, Assistant Director of the Police of the Republic of Serbia and Head of the Director’s Office. During the meeting, the support provided and to be provided by the Police of the Republic of Serbia to the European Network of Policewomen and the implementation of the network’s activities was discussed.
The meeting was organized and provided for the payment of expenses for all participants by the President of the network with the support of the UNDP Office in the Republic of Serbia.
