On 6 June – 1 July, the OSCE Border Management Staff College in Dushanbe/Tajikistan has conducting 32nd Border Management Staff Course for Female Leaders from all over the OSCE region. This course is a four-week profession development course for officials from the diverse agencies involved in all aspects of border security and management. The course covers all OSCE three dimensions of comprehensive security, including the politico-military, economic and environmental and human aspects.
ENP has participated in it, online, in the session “Border management and gender II: Increasing and supporting the participation of women in law enforcement”, held on June 29, in which the president, on behalf of OSCE/ODIHR, has delivery in person training on matters related to human rights and gender in border management and security.
